Where to find us

We are now based on Princes Wharf – we couldn’t be closer to the heart of the city! Our base is at Unit 8/145 Quay Street on Princes Wharf. CLICK HERE for the location in Google Maps. Head here at the start of your tour or rental and we’ll set you up with your amazing electric bike.

The location on Princes Wharf is very central and close to many of the hotels in the city centre and super close to where the cruise ships arrive. For example, we’d allow about 5-10 minutes to walk from the ferry building/cruise ship terminals on Quay Street (a nice and flat walk – no hills to walk up!).

When you arrive at Princes Wharf, just walk up the road in the middle of the wharf (where the cars are parked on either side) and walk in the direction of the harbour at the end of the wharf. Just before you get to the first of the big blue signs above you for the Hilton hotel, you will see a silver metal logo for Shed 23 on the left. Walk up steps after that logo onto the raised sidewalk and turn left. Keep walking and you’ll see us on your right after about 10 meters (we are just before the sign for the Princes Wharf Management Office).

PLEASE NOTE – we operate on a PRE-BOOKED BASIS ONLY (i.e. to save you a wasted trip, please don’t come to our base looking for an eBike tour or rental without having booked in advance through our website – it’s very likely that we will be out riding on tour!).
